The shipment is made by DHL courier.
From the moment the order leaves the warehouse, delivery will take place within 1-2 working days in Italy and within 2-3 working days in European countries
and non-Europeans. All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Rifinizioni David srls will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for the collection by the receptionist), Rifinizioni David srls will not be held responsible
for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient. If a country of destination does not appear among those listed, it means that it is currently not
the delivery of the products in this country is foreseen, it is possible to order the product anyway and the shipping costs will be communicated later.
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected,
by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days
from the delivery, in the manner provided in this document.
Rifinizioni David srls offers free express shipping for Italy while for European countries the cost is 15.00 euros plus VAT while for non-European countries the cost is 25.00 euros (at the moment shipments are made only in United States).
